Faced with market changes, the managers of VERNEY CONSEIL identified the need to seek operational synergies and to expand their service offering. This acquisition is part of VERNEY CONSEIL's ambitious external growth dynamic, allowing it to confirm its presence in Paris and to rely on a structured team. As part of this transaction, three of VERNEY CONSEIL's partners are reinvesting part of their shares and will put their know-how and experience at the service of the growth of OLIFAN GROUP.
