SI2P Group announces the acquisition of Acoforma, a training organisation specialised in safety driving and occupational risk prevention.

Founded in 2015 by Bernard Polowczyk and based in Lallaing, in Hauts-de-France, Acoforma has developed a range of training courses adapted to the field needs of businesses: first aid, safe driving, authorization to intervene near networks (AIPR), electrical authorizations, work at heights, fire fighting and OSH prevention. The integration of Acoforma allows SI2P to consolidate its regional presence and to further expand its occupational health and safety training offer.

The SI2P group has acquired all the shares of Acoforma, as its manager wishes to retire. The transaction was supported by Blanche Capital, advisor to the seller. It ensures business continuity and offers Acoforma new development opportunities within a national group.
