Created in 1991, the UFOP is a leading player in vocational training in France and in the French overseas departments and territories, particularly in the banking and mutual insurance sectors. The structure focused its training on four areas: customer relationships, managerial success, management success, personal effectiveness and technical expertise, delivered through its various face-to-face training channels (virtual classes and e-learning).
