The firm has a team of 35 employees spread over 3 branches (Bourgoin, Morestel and Les Avesnières) and is managed by 2 partners, Serge Royer and Nicolas Chatard, aged 54 and 47 respectively. The firm deals with a general clientele composed of VSE/SME companies and representative of the local economic fabric.

To anticipate future transmission challenges related to the age gap between the two managers and to adapt to changes in the profession, FIRECOM managers, who have been in office for 24 and 15 years respectively, expressed their desire to get closer to a colleague and to join a major group. By joining COGEP, FIRECOM is joining a collective of 2,000 employees and accessing a complete and integrated range of services. Driven by a common vision and values, the two structures join forces to pursue their regional development together. This merger allows FIRECOM to secure its transmission while strengthening its service offering. For its part, COGEP is consolidating its regional presence and integrating an experienced team rooted in the local economic fabric. Together they pursue a dynamic of growth and development.
